MOMLETA - Baby Boot Camp
Mon/Wed = free weights, Tues/Thurs = bands and movement
Service Description
Our interval-based classes combine cardio, strength, and core training for a fun, total-body workout designed with moms in mind. Whether you bring your baby in a stroller, come solo after school drop-off, or carve out time while your kids are with a sitter, you’ll find a welcoming space to move, sweat, and connect. We support moms in all stages of motherhood—postpartum (6 weeks after birth or 8 weeks for c-section, with physician clearance) and beyond—helping you feel stronger, more energized, and part of a vibrant community. Monday/Wednesday classes are stationary with free weights (please bring your own). Tuesday/Thursday classes move around the park with resistance bands.
