What to Expect - Mother Love Challenge, The 2021 Edition
Hello 2021 MOLO mamas! I am so happy we are on this wellness journey together!
An 8-week challenge can be overwhelming and sometimes scary.
YOU GOT THIS MAMA!
We are here for each other for motivation, tips/tricks and support.
I put together a list of things that have personally helped me succeed at all things MOLO!
⭐️ Create a MOLO station. This station will house all the daily information you need. Put the information somewhere that you’ll see throughout the day to help motivate and keep you on track.
⭐️ When creating your S.M.A.R.T. Goal, choose attainable goals and start slowly so you’re not overwhelmed.
⭐️ Don’t overthink this challenge, take it one day at a time. If it becomes stressful, scale down, you’ll still be achieving great things. Moderation NOT deprivation.
⭐️ If any of your goals are physical, take photos/measurements before, during and after the challenge to compare. You DO NOT need to share them with the group. I personally find it motivating to see physical changes in myself.
⭐️ Let other moms motivate you but DO NOT compare yourself to others, this challenge is about growing YOU.
⭐️ Get your family involved! Daily challenges are more fun when you can do them together!
⭐️ PREP the night before. Whether it’s for an early morning workout or meal prepping, having it done ahead of time will keep you on track.
⭐️ Post often in both your local and our national MOLO 2021 Facebook Groups! It will keep you more accountable and others will be inspired by your motivation.
⭐️ When you’re at a “low”, reread your S.M.A.R.T. Goals and if needed, ask for help or inspiration.
⭐️ If you don’t complete a challenge, move on and don’t beat yourself up about it.
⭐️ MOST IMPORTANTLY, be kind to yourself! YOU are AMAZING mama!

Christina, a transplant from Buffalo, NY, went from working full-time in the beauty industry to being a full-time mom of two. Once becoming a mom, she took what little spare time she had to start a photography business and work on her own mental and physical wellness. Christina found her tribe of incredible moms and a passion for running through MOMLETA Parsippany, NJ.
Christina has been a member of MOMLETA Parsippany for almost 4 years. This will be her third MOLO. In 2019 she won MOLO’s “Mom of the year” when she was pregnant with her second son.
